Teaching Approach

My teaching approach is structured, student-centered, and focused on developing strong conceptual understanding rather than encouraging rote memorization. I begin with fundamental concepts and gradually progress toward more advanced topics, ensuring that students build a solid foundation before tackling complex theories, calculations, and applications.

I recognize that every student has different strengths, challenges, and learning needs. Therefore, I adapt my teaching strategies, lesson pace, and learning activities according to each student’s individual requirements. My lessons incorporate interactive discussions, real-world case studies, problem-solving activities, practical scenarios, and regular assessments to encourage active participation and monitor continuous progress.

Whether teaching Accounting principles, Economic theories, or Business management concepts, I connect theoretical knowledge with practical examples to make lessons more engaging and relevant. I also integrate digital tools and applications, such as Microsoft Excel, where appropriate, to develop both academic knowledge and practical skills. My aim is to help students understand concepts deeply, apply their knowledge confidently, and become independent, analytical, and effective learners.
