Chase Tutor provides personalised one-to-one online tutoring across a wide range of subjects and curricula. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate students’ academic needs and time zones, ensuring a convenient and effective learning experience.

 

 

Students or parents must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the enquiry and enrolment process. Tutoring schedules, lesson frequency, and the total number of monthly hours are agreed upon at the time of enrolment.

 

 

We offer a FREE 30-minute trial lesson to help students find the most suitable tutor.

 

If the trial tutor does not meet the student’s learning requirements or preferences, the student may request one additional FREE 30-minute trial lesson with a different tutor, subject to approval by Chase Tutor.

 

This policy ensures that every student has the opportunity to find the tutor who best suits their learning style before enrolling.

 

 

Chase Tutor carefully matches students with tutors based on their academic needs. Students may request a different tutor, and we will do our best to accommodate the request whenever possible.

 

 

If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled session (24 hours’ notice is recommended). Rescheduling is subject to a valid reason. Missed lessons without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

 

 

Students are expected to:

 

– Attend lessons on time.

– Participate actively and complete assigned work.

– Maintain respectful behaviour towards tutors and staff.

– Ensure they have a stable internet connection and a suitable learning environment.

 

Parents and guardians are expected to support students in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

 

 

To maintain a safe, professional, and transparent learning environment, all communication between students, parents, and tutors must take place only through Chase Tutor’s designated platforms. These platforms may be used for lesson communication, sharing study materials, assignments, and academic discussions.

 

Students, parents, and tutors must not:

 

– Share or request personal contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, social media accounts, or any other personal communication channels.

– Arrange private tutoring sessions, payments, or financial agreements outside of Chase Tutor.

– Discuss or disclose tuition fees, payment information, invoices, or other financial matters with tutors. All payment-related enquiries must be directed to Chase Tutor’s Finance Department.

– Engage in discussions unrelated to learning, including personal matters, political or geopolitical topics, religious debates, or any inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content.

 

Parents or guardians are kindly requested not to interrupt or engage tutors in discussions during scheduled lesson time, as this time is dedicated to the student’s learning. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding your child’s progress, lessons, or any other matter, please contact a Chase Tutor representative. If further discussion with the tutor is required, Chase Tutor will arrange a Parent–Tutor Meeting (PTM) at a mutually convenient time.

 

Any breach of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of tutoring services at Chase Tutor’s discretion.

 

 

Chase Tutor is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised tutoring through experienced and qualified tutors. Student progress is a shared responsibility between the tutor, the student, and, where applicable, parents or guardians. As learning outcomes depend on factors such as attendance, effort, and independent study, specific grades or examination results cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

Fees & Payments

 

– Tuition fees are charged on an hourly basis unless otherwise agreed.

– Monthly tutoring hours are confirmed at the time of enrolment.

– Upon enrolment, the full tuition fee for the first month must be paid in advance to ensure a seamless start to your tutoring sessions.

– For all subsequent months, tuition fees must be paid in advance on or before the 5th day of each month to ensure uninterrupted tutoring services.

– Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

– Continued tutoring services are subject to timely payment.

 

Refund Policy

 

– The FREE 30-minute trial lesson allows students to evaluate the tutor before enrolling.

– Tuition fees paid for completed lessons are non-refundable.

– Lessons are intended to be completed within the agreed monthly billing period. Unused lessons are generally non-refundable and may only be carried forward to the following month with prior approval from Chase Tutor under exceptional circumstances.

– If Chase Tutor is unable to provide the agreed tutoring service and a suitable alternative arrangement cannot be made, any unused prepaid lesson fees will be refunded or credited to the student’s account.

– Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed using the original payment method.

– No refunds will be issued for missed lessons without prior notice or for lessons cancelled outside the rescheduling policy.

 

 

All website content, learning materials, logos, branding, and other intellectual property are the property of Chase Tutor or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

 

 

Chase Tutor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
